Elder Raquel Moore MSW, LCSW

Raquel Moore is a conference leader/facilitator/trainer/workshop series speaker and the First Lady of New Birth North Church in Marietta, Georgia.

Raquel has over 27 years experience as a clinical psychiatric social work researcher. She is one of four developers of the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Treatment program providing treatment of victims of natural and deliberate disaster which include domestic and sexual trauma for the Department of Veteran Affairs. She served as the Director of Consumer Affairs, Office of the Director until her retirement in February 2006.

Raquel has an anointing for shedding light on the relationships of women, their suffering, hidden emotions, untapped strengths and courage that connects women across class, culture race and time.

Raquel was born in Richmond, Indiana. She is married to our Pastor, Robert C. Moore, Sr. and is the devoted mother of two children: Leslie Nicole Moore and Robert C. Moore, Jr.

The Moores' currently reside in Stone Mountain, Georgia
